Lee Health Home Infusion utilizes a multidisciplinary team of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, registered nurses, and registered dietitians who work together to provide compassionate care and personalized service. We routinely collaborate with other members of the healthcare community so our patients can get the best care possible in the comfort of their own home.
We are accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP), and we are able to deliver Medicare and Medicaid reimbursed therapies in a home care setting.
What is infusion therapy?
Infusion therapy is a way of administering medicine, nutrients or special fluids intravenously (IV) directly into the body. In most instances your healthcare provider has prescribed infusion therapy because it typically proves to be more effective than oral treatments.
Our infusion therapies are a safe and effective alternative to inpatient care. We have successfully completed our patients’ therapies 96 percent of the time at their home.
