Receive timely care in the right place
Located in the Infusion Center at Lee Memorial Hospital, the staff in the Complex Care Center includes hospitalists, pharmacists and licensed clinical social workers.. The center provides treatment, oversight of care, education and support for patients who may not have a primary care provider, resources or the means to connect with the right care.
The purpose of the Complex Care Center is to assist in the transformation and continuum of care, which is why we offer discharge follow-ups, wound care, and lab draws. Any patient who needs transitional care is an appropriate patient for the Complex Care Center.
