      The clinical staff that did my intake was very professional and pleasant. I don't remember her name but she was a young black woman. She listened to my complaint about a recent visit to a different provider. She reviewed my medications list as I requested. Sheprovided quality service. Also, I had a couple questions the next day. I sent a MyChart email to Dr.Hlaing. Within about 2 hours after sending my email, Cheryl the LPN responded with Dr. Hlaing's reply. I was happy to to get a quick response. Dr. Hlaing has always responded in a timely manner. He is a very professional and thoughtful man.
