  Although the nurse practioner was excellent as mentioned in my survey, the front desk office staff person needs recognition. I don't know her name, but she was so pleasant and professional. She had trouble figuring out my new insurance and its coverages, but worked hard to take care of me and make sure everything was correct. I didn't mind waiting at all, considering how considerate she was. I probably should have filled out a spirit award for her, as she deserves it!
