    Everyone I delt with at the visit was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I didn't have to wait very long to be seen by the nurse and then Dr Cross. Only improvement is to shorten the duration of appointments. Hopefully it will be easier to scheduleappointments going forward now that I've seen him once and I should be able to get on a regular schedule for future appointments.

    We love Dr. Cross. He is so personable and kind. It's easy to talk to him as he listens. He makes you feel comfortable as a patient speaking to him about your health. He answers your questions. He never makes you feel rushed. He's an excellent cardiologist.
