  Being a new patient it took about 5 months for this 1st visit, but as soon as I entered the office I received a warm welcome from the cheerful gentleman behind the counter who directed me to the next available coworker for check in. She was plesent and welcoming as well. The wait was short maybe 3 minutes Anastasia called and brought me back after a greeting and interdiction went through any concerns I was looking to have addressed and presented great listening habits, Mary Parks introduced her self with a smile and reviewed all of the questions and concerns I had, never rushed and spent ample time reviewing and explaining everything in a way that was understandable I felt that everything was addressed and she cares about those she sees. Anastasia assisted with the checkout process and made sure I understood the tests ordered and walked me out to the lobby.   From the instance I entered the office I felt welcome and important. The young man that checked me in was very pleasant and professional. Additionally he was very well spoken and courteous. The nurse that checked me in prior to my meeting with LPN Parks was just as gracious, professional and helpful. Finally, Mary Parks, all I can say is WOW! She made me feel welcome and comfortable immediately. She took her time and listened to my medical history. She is a professional!!! My sincere thanks to everyone at Lee Physician Group.   The last receptionist/greeter before you go thru the door back to the exam room. I apologize I can't remember her name but she was very pleasant and sympathetic for what we were going thru.
