Dr. Carrere is originally from Uruguay. He has been in private practice for 20 years, and completed over 40,000 procedures with a very high adenoma and polyp detection rate. He has a strong passion for clinical patient care, the gastroenterology specialty, and endoscopic procedures. The main focus of his medical practice is providing quality and compassionate care.

    Excellent experience with Dr Carrerre. He was very thorough, very thoughtful, answered all questions, explained things well. Would refer other patients to him for sure. Thank you Lee Health for a good, competent doctor.

    I was able to schedule an appointment after a distressful episode fairly easily which is very important in establishing a good relationship with a new provider. Things are moving quickly as the situation warrants.

    The front desk as a hole has ALWAYS worked well with me. I could not single out one. Lee Health should be glad that Mysh is gone. I was WAS looking for a new GI DOC. TOO EARLY TO SAY ABOUT ABOUT THE NEW DOC BUT WE GOT OFF TO A GOOD START.
