    The gentleman who who took my vitals was very nice and helpful.

    The only person that did a good job was the woman at the front desk. I had an appointment scheduled with Bethany and then when I got there I had to wait an hour in the lobby. Then after waiting an hour they told me that my appointment was scheduled wrong and Iwouldn't be able to see Bethany.

    I just retired and won't have Medicare for just over a year so I joined the Community Care Clinic. I was extremely impressed with Lee Health and would totally recommend this program to anyone who is in need of health care.

    Even though it was near closing time, I didn't feel like they rushed the care and concern they were giving me.

    My entire visit was perfect from beginning to end and the teamwork that was displayed I know play the great part in the seamlessness of their whole entire system. Each person knew what the other was doing through their Communications and it was very thorough in their role.

    Rosa at the front desk made my appt, checked me in at the appt, and helped me when I got the wrong paperwork at checkout

    Got an emergency appt with in 24 hrs. I had a bad ICU and she was very concern about my confusion and being unstable. She had me go to the ER and get checked out. I was fine thank God. She did the right thing . in case I had a stroke or concussion. She was very caring and concerned. We need more of her around.
