The Outpatient Center at Health Park Commons – off Bass Road near HealthPark Medical Center in Fort Myers – gives you access to cardiovascular, imaging, pain management, and rehabilitation services along with an experienced staff equipped with the latest technology.

We're closer than you think:

  • From Gladiolus Dr./CR-865 at Bass Road, turn south onto Bass Road and follow 2 miles and turn right (west) onto S. HealthPark Drive.
  • From Gladiolus Drive at Winkler or Summerlin roads, take Summerlin Road southwest to Bass Road, turn right (north) onto Bass Road, then turn right (east) on S. HealthPark Drive and then turn left (north) onto S. HealthPark Commons Dr.
  • From the beaches, take Summerlin/CR-869 to Bass Road, turn left (north), then turn right (east) on S. HealthPark Dr, then turn left on S. HealthPark Commons Dr.
