(upbeat music) My name is Brad Wilson and I’m a physician in family medicine. Truth be told variety, I enjoyed the challenge and the variety of everything you see —you get to see a little bit of, kind of everything and everything interested me in medical school so it was kind of an easy decision. I was raised on a farm in Southwest Iowa, my dad was a farmer and my mom helped out and my best friend’s dad was the town physician, so it was kind of natural that I was kind of around it so that’s how I kind of, I guess it cultivated an interest for me. In high school, I think, was when I started figuring out where I wanted to go with it and I was kind of open-minded when I went into college, but as I started taking more of the science coursework it kind of steered me more in that direction, and I volunteered at the chil...at the hospital back in Iowa City. So I enjoyed family medicine, I enjoy the challenge of it. I enjoy seeing problems and being able to take care problems and help people out the best I can. When we are not at work, my wife and I, we have two small girls and they take up a good chunk of our time and we’ll just do anything that I guess that the girls want to do and we enjoyed the family time.
