Mobile Pediatric Vaccination Clinic - Week of 12/3

(Fort Myers, Fla. – Dec. 3, 2021) --- Golisano Children’s Hospital’s Mobile Pediatric Vaccination Clinic will be making stops around Southwest Florida next week to vaccinate children 5 years old and older for COVID-19.

The Mobile Pediatric Vaccination Clinic is walk-up only, and there is no cost for the COVID-19 vaccine, which will be Pfizer.

The mobile clinic will be at the following locations next week:

  • Monday, Dec. 6, 4-7 p.m., Hector A. Cafferata Elementary School, 250 Santa Barbara Blvd. N., Cape Coral*This stop is primarily for 2nddoses, however, 1stdoses will be provided to those who would like them. Anyone who receives a 1stdose at this location may have to attend another site for their 2nd剂量。
  • Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2-5 p.m., Mackoul Pediatrics, 206 SE 16th Place, Cape Coral*This stop is primarily for 2nddoses, however, 1stdoses will be provided to those who would like them. Anyone who receives a 1stdose at this location may have to attend another site for their 2nd剂量。
  • Wednesday, Dec. 8, 3-6 p.m., San Carlos Park Elementary School, 17282 Lee Road, Fort Myers*This stop is primarily for 2nddoses, however, 1stdoses will be provided to those who would like them. Anyone who receives a 1stdose at this location may have to attend another site for their 2nd剂量。
  • Thursday, Dec. 9, 3-6 p.m., Franklin Park Elementary, 2323 Ford St., Fort Myers*This stop is primarily for 2nddoses, however, 1stdoses will be provided to those who would like them. Anyone who receives a 1stdose at this location may have to attend another site for their 2nd剂量。
  • Friday, Dec. 10, 2-5 p.m., LPG Pediatrics Lehigh Acres, 260 Beth Stacey Blvd, Suite C, Lehigh Acres*This stop is primarily for 2nddoses, however, 1stdoses will be provided to those who would like them. Anyone who receives a 1stdose at this location may have to attend another site for their 2nd剂量。
  • 坐urday, Dec. 11, 9 a.m.-1 p.m., LPG Pediatrics Page Field, 4751 S Cleveland Avenue, Fort Myers

A parent or authorized guardian must accompany a minor for vaccination. The second dose will be set for the same location or one nearby.
